Shalom u'Vrachah!
After the longest pause, your letter from the 4th of Tishrei was received. Regarding what you wrote about a movable object, and you quote that you know etc.—as for myself, I do not believe in this whole matter. Nevertheless, 'we have not heard nor seen' is not proof; therefore, you should turn to a Rav who is an authority in halachah, and he will instruct you if the matter is permitted according to Shulchan Aruch.
It seems I have already written to you: why search for new ways and new matters when the path of Torah and mitzvah is well paved? There is a great principle: 'In all your ways know Him,' which includes all aspects of a person as explained in Rambam and ruled in Tur Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim siman 231. If only you would use all your free time for Torah study in general—and especially for learning the inner dimension of Torah that has been revealed in our days through Chassidus.
With blessings for good news and a joyous festival, on behalf of the Rebbe shlita—Secretary
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that one should consult a qualified Rav for halachic questions rather than seeking novel approaches. The clear path is through Torah and mitzvah observance, dedicating one's free time to Torah study—especially its inner teachings as revealed in Chassidus.
