לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל המכתב ממוצש"ק ב' ניסן יום ההילולא של כ"ק אדמו"ר מוהרש"ב זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע עם המצורפים אליו הדו"ח מפעולותיהן במשך ימי החורף,
ויהי רצון אשר תתוספנה הפעולות הן בכמות והן באיכות מתאים לדרישת וגם הכרח השעה, וגודל שכר של המתעסקות בזה אין די באר וכמבואר בכ"מ, ובודאי אשר הקב"ה שאין בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו נותן האפשרויות והכחות למלאות העבודה האמורה במילואה ועי"ז באות גם הברכות במילואן, אלא שבתוספתו של הקב"ה שהיא מרובה על העיקר.
ויהי רצון אשר כמו בימים ההם בזמן הזה מתאים להודעת רז"ל הנה בזכות נשים צדקניות נגאלו אבותנו מגלות הראשון, כן נזכה גם בדורנו זה בגלות האחרון אשר בקרוב ממש משיח צדקנו יגאלנו בגאולה האמיתית והשלימה ויקוים היעוד כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו נפלאות.
בברכת הצלחה בעבודתן בקדש ולבשו"ט בכל האמור ולחג הפסח כשר ושמח.
The Rebbe addresses Agudas N’shei U’Bnos Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh, specifically the Tel Aviv branch, with blessings of bracha and shalom.
The Rebbe opens by noting that this letter comes after a lengthy interruption. Without elaborating, the Rebbe indicates that a significant amount of time has passed since the previous correspondence. He acknowledges receipt of their letter sent on Motzaei Shabbos, the 2nd of Nissan, the yahrtzeit (hilula) of the Rabbi Sholom Dovber Schneersohn, along with the attached report detailing their activities during the winter months.
The Rebbe expresses appreciation for their report and prays that their work should increase—both quantitatively and qualitatively—in a way that meets the urgent demands of the time. The Rebbe emphasizes that the need of the hour is great, and therefore their efforts must grow accordingly. The situation itself calls for expansion and greater involvement.
Anticipating their possible response—that they have already accomplished much—the Rebbe addresses this directly. Even though they have done a great deal and have submitted a detailed report, the demand remains that more must be done. The necessity of the time requires continued growth and increased effort.
The Rebbe explains that Hashem does not place unreasonable expectations upon His creations. If there is a demand for greater work, it is because the necessary strengths and abilities have already been granted from Above to fulfill it. Correspondingly, when one fulfills their mission fully, Hashem’s blessings come in full measure.
Moreover, the Rebbe adds a deeper point: when Hashem gives “extra,” it is not merely an addition in the ordinary sense. In human terms, an “extra” is usually secondary to the main portion. However, when Hashem gives additional blessing, that “extra” surpasses even the original measure—it becomes greater than the main itself. Thus, when one increases their efforts beyond what they have already done, they draw down an even greater level of Divine blessing.
The Rebbe continues with a powerful encouragement, drawing from the teaching of our Sages that it was בזכות נשים צדקניות—through the merit of the righteous women—that our ancestors were redeemed from Egypt. Just as in those days, so too in our time: the merit of the women engaged in holy work will bring about the redemption from this final exile.
The Rebbe expresses the hope that very soon we will merit the true and complete redemption through Mashiach Tzidkeinu, with the fulfillment of the verse: “כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו נפלאות”—“As in the days of your going out from Egypt, I will show you wonders.” This redemption will come through the merit of these righteous women and their devoted work.
The Rebbe concludes with a blessing for success in all their holy activities, for good news in all the above, and for a Pesach Kasher v’Sameach.
SUMMARY:

הרבי פותח בכך שמכתב זה בא לאחר הפסקה ארוכה. הוא מציין שקיבל את מכתבן ממוצאי שבת ב׳ ניסן, יום ההילולא של אדמו"ר הרש"ב, יחד עם הדו"ח המצורף על פעילותן בימי החורף.
הרבי מביע הערכה לפעילותן ומתפלל שתהיה הוספה בעבודתן הן בכמות והן באיכות, בהתאם לצורך השעה. הרבי מדגיש שהצורך גדול מאוד, ולכן נדרשת הרחבה והגברת הפעילות.
הרבי מתייחס לכך שלכאורה כבר נעשה רבות, אך למרות זאת יש צורך להוסיף עוד, שכן הדרישה של הזמן מחייבת זאת.
הרבי מסביר שהקב"ה אינו בא בטרוניה עם בריותיו, ואם יש דרישה—יש גם הכוחות למלא אותה. כאשר ממלאים את השליחות בשלמות, גם הברכות באות בשלמות.
הרבי מוסיף שה"תוספת" מצד הקב"ה אינה כתוספת רגילה, אלא היא עולה אף על העיקר. כאשר מוסיפים בעבודה, זוכים לתוספת אלוקית גדולה עוד יותר.
הרבי מעודד בהביאו את דברי חז"ל שבזכות נשים צדקניות נגאלו אבותינו ממצרים, וכך גם בדורנו—בזכותן תבוא הגאולה השלמה במהרה.
הרבי מביע תקווה שנזכה בקרוב לגאולה האמיתית והשלמה על ידי משיח צדקנו, ויתקיים הפסוק "כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו נפלאות".
הרבי מסיים בברכה להצלחה בעבודתן הקדושה, לבשורות טובות, ולחג פסח כשר ושמח.
