מאשר הנני קבלת המכתב מעש"ק, וכיון שנמצאים אנו בימים המסוגלים דחדש ניסן הוא חדש הגאולה, תקותי שיבשרוני טוב מהטבה בכל הענינים, שזהו ענין יציאת מצרים בכל יום ויום, יציאה מענינים המגבילים מצירים ומעלימים, ובזה כמובן גם עניני בריאות הגוף וכלשון הרמב"ם היות הגוף בריא ושלם מדרכי השם הוא.
ובודאי למותר להאריך שככל שהבטחון חזק יותר יותר מוקדם רואים זה ובמדה גדולה, וביחוד בידעי משפחת זוגתו תחי' ע"פ המכתבים, בטח למותר בשבילה האריכות, לא רק בהכרח ענין הבטחון אלא שגם עבודה קלה היא לפי ערך, שהרי המתבונן בעינים פקוחות, רואה השגחת השי"ת וחסד השי"ת יום יום, - אף שבחיים נמצאים גם עניני העלמות וקישוים, שהרי חיים אנו בעולם הזה שהוא עולם גשמי וחומרי עולם תחתון במדריגה וכמבואר בארוכה בתניא ובכ"מ, הרי נותן בורא העולם כחות לכל אחד ואחת מבני ישראל, שלא להתרשם מזה, ובשמחה ובטוב לבב ללכת בדרכי התורה יום יום וצעד אחד צעד, ואדרבה הבטחון והשמחה הם עצמם ממעטים ההעלמות והסתרים, ורואים במוחש שמלכתחלה לא הי' בזה אלא ענין של נסיון.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh. Since we are now in the auspicious days of the month of Nissan, which is the month of redemption, I hope you will share good news about improvement in all matters. This is the idea of the Exodus from Egypt every single day—a departure from things that limit, constrict, and conceal. This obviously includes matters of physical health as well. As Maimonides says: 'Having a healthy and whole body is part of the ways of Hashem.'
Certainly it is unnecessary to elaborate that the stronger one's trust is, the sooner one sees results and to a greater degree. Especially knowing your wife's family according to their letters, it is surely unnecessary for her to have lengthy explanations—not only is trust necessary but it is also relatively easy work for her. For one who observes with open eyes sees Divine providence and kindness every day—even though life also contains concealments and difficulties since we live in this physical and material world, a lower world as explained at length in Tanya and elsewhere—still, the Creator gives every Jew the strength not to be affected by this. With joy and gladness of heart one should walk in the ways of Torah each day step by step. In fact, trust and joy themselves reduce concealments and obstacles, and one tangibly sees that from the outset it was only a matter of being tested.
