במיוחד שמחתי להוודע אשר הנהיגו את התקנה של בעל השמחה, היא אמירת תהלים בכל יום עפ"י השיעור החדשי, וגמירת כל התהלים בש"ק מברכים, נוסף על הקביעות עתים ללימוד תורה ברבים.
ויהי רצון שיקובלו למעלה התפלות דמתפללי בית כנסת זה, ותומשכנה כל הברכות וההשפעות, אשר הצנורות להמשכתן הם עניני תורה ותפלה ובפרט לימוד התורה ברבים, לכל המתפללים הם ובני ביתם שיחיו בהמצטרך להם מנפש ועד בשר,

It was with pleasure that I received regards from you through Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n ish rav pe'alim etc. Moreinu HaRav Yitzchak David Groner, who surely also conveyed regards from here, especially from the farbrengen of the bright day of 12 Tammuz—the redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel, zatzukal lehe nbgm zya.
I was especially pleased to learn that you have instituted the custom for the celebrant to recite Tehillim daily according to the monthly schedule and to complete all of Tehillim on Shabbat Mevarchim, in addition to your established times for communal Torah study.
May it be G‑d's will that the prayers of the congregants of this synagogue be accepted Above, and may all blessings and influences continue—whose channels are matters of Torah and prayer, especially communal Torah study—to all who pray there and their families for all their needs both spiritual and material.
