In response to your letter from the 18th of Sivan, with the good news that you are spreading Chabad books to the extent possible—even though you do not specify details—since this is a pressing need of the time, especially as we approach the end of our exile, and it is known what Mashiach answered: 'L'cheyafutzu mayanosecha chutzah' (when your wellsprings will spread outward), and that spreading Chassidus books is one of the main aspects in this regard, it is understood that one must strive and increase these activities even more. As our Sages say: 'We only urge those who are already eager,' meaning if until now you have spread as much as possible, you should also work on increasing the scope—both through your own efforts and by enlisting others—in the essential study of Chassidus, etc. Moreover, such outreach is itself necessary and vital.

Since this responsibility has been placed upon every individual in our generation who recognizes his duty and has merited to become aware of the light within Torah—that is, the teachings of Chassidus—it is certain that he has been given the strength to fulfill this commandment and obligation. May Hashem grant you success so that it will be without obstacles and in ever-increasing measure.

As you requested, I will mention them at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
