במענה על מכתבו בו כותב אשר ראה השגחה פרטית, אבל מה יעשה וצריך הוא לסייעתא דשמיא לעבודת התפלה וכו'
כבר ידוע פסק רז"ל הבא לטהר מסייעין לו, ולאידך גיסא לא יגעת ומצאת אל תאמין, ולכן בידו הדבר תלוי, ואם יתייגע בזה כפי כחו, הבטיחתנו תורתנו הק' תורת חיים, יגעת ומצאת, אלא שבכדי להמשיך ההצלחה בפועל ולמטה, צריך לתת צדקה להזולת לא רק צדקה בממון אלא צדקה בהשפעה טובה לקרבו לתורה ומצות שעל ידי זה מתרבה ההצלחה שמלמעלה בענינים אלו של המשתדל כיון שמדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה (אלא שכמה פעמים ככה).
כבקשתו הזכרתי את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להמצטרך להם, ויה"ר שיבשר טוב בזה ושהוסיף בלימוד התורה ובקיום המצות בהידור ומשפיע גם בסביבתו בכיוון זה.

In response to your letter in which you write that you have seen Divine Providence, but you ask what to do since you need help from Heaven in your service of prayer, etc.—it is already known the ruling of our Sages: "He who comes to purify himself is assisted." On the other hand: "If you did not labor and found—do not believe." Therefore, it depends on you; if you exert yourself according to your ability, our holy Torah—the Torah of Life—guarantees: "You labored and found." However, in order to draw down actual success below, one must give charity to others—not only monetary charity but also charity by positively influencing others to draw them closer to Torah and mitzvos. Through this, the success from Above increases in these matters for the one who strives, since the measure of the Holy One is measure for measure (and often many times over).
As you requested, I mentioned all those about whom you wrote at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), for what they need. May it be G‑d's will that you share good news about this and that you have increased your Torah study and observance of mitzvos with beauty—and that you also influence your surroundings in this direction.
