We acknowledge receipt of your letters (two) from before Rosh Chodesh Kislev with their enclosures, and regarding your question if the Machanayim publications sent via the military attaché in the USA were received: they were received for several weeks at the end of 5715, but since then have stopped. Even when they were received, there was no explanation included except for the sender's name mentioned above.

Perhaps the best approach to obtain missing Machanayim booklets is to contact the editorial office directly and pay a fee if searching is required; thank you for your efforts in this as well, to complete the set.

Certainly you will strive to ensure that the Days of Study in Kfar Chabad are conducted in the best possible way. I will also participate by contributing one hundred lira if any expenses are needed for this matter.

It is obvious that if you find it appropriate, some prizes can be distributed to some participants in the form of booklets or pamphlets such as Megillat Yud-Tes Kislev, etc., and you may use part of the one hundred lira for this purpose as well. I rely on your understanding. It is also understood, according to the approach of spreading the wellsprings outward, that arrangements should be made so that a connection remains afterward with all participants in the Days of Study, in a manner suitable for each one.
