מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מועש"ק ויום א' עם המוסגר בם, וכבר קבל מענה על איזה משאלותיו ע"י הטעלעפאן כבקשתו, ופ"ש מכאן בודאי יקבל על ידי הנוסעים שליט"א ומצפים שיביאו גם מהתם להכא בשורות טובות ומשמחות בכל הענינים הן בהכללים והן בהפרטים.
ובודאי למותר לעוררו לסדר הענינים במחנו הט' באופן כזה שנסיעת הנ"ל תהי' בשתי הנקודות שהי' כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע אומר בנסיעות כאלו, קלייבען גשמיות און זייהען רוחניות, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.
ומובן ג"כ שהי' מהרצוי ונכון שעכ"פ פעם אחת יתאספו הצעירים ויתועדו עם השלוחים. ואם אפילו חלק מהצעירים ונשיהם אלה מהנשואים אין מבינים אידיש, הרי מלבד פעולת המקיף והתעוררות שאר הנאספים, יכול הוא לתרגם ולבאר להם עכ"פ תוכן השיחה, ואל בינתו אשען.
מוסג"פ מה שהו"ל בזמן האחרון ובטח יזכה בתוכנו את הרבים וזכות הרבים תלוי בו.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh and Sunday with its enclosures. You have already received answers to some of your questions via telephone as you requested, and regards from here will surely reach you through the travelers, may they live and be well. We also hope that they will bring good and joyful news from there to here in all matters, both general and specific.
It is certainly unnecessary to remind you to arrange matters in our camp so that the above-mentioned trip will focus on the two points that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, would always emphasize in such journeys: "kleiben gashmiyus un zeyen ruchniyus" (gathering material support and sowing spirituality), and nothing stands in the way of willpower.
It is also understood that it would be desirable and proper that at least once the youth should gather and farbreng with the shluchim. And even if some of the youth or their wives—those who are married—do not understand Yiddish, aside from the general influence and inspiration on all present, you can translate and explain at least the content of the talk to them; I rely on your understanding.
Enclosed is what was recently published; surely you will share its content with many, for the merit of the public depends on you.
