Greetings and blessing!
I acknowledge receipt of the pidyon nefesh and its enclosure; at an auspicious time it will be read at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of saintly memory, whose soul is in the hidden treasuries on high, may his merit protect us.
As for what you write about the state of health of your wife, may she live for many good days, amen, and that the doctor too says that it is nerves: it would be worthwhile to check the mezuzos in your home, that they all be kosher according to halachah; and that she set aside a few coins for tzedakah every Monday and Thursday morning that is a weekday, in addition to what she surely does, following the custom of virtuous Jewish women, of setting aside tzedakah every Erev Shabbos and Erev Yom Tov before candle-lighting. And her heart will be "נכון... בטוח" — "steadfast, trusting" (cf. Tehillim 112:7) — in "הרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות" — "the Healer of all flesh Who works wonders" (from the Asher Yatzar blessing, Berachos 60b), that He lengthen their days and years in goodness.
Enclosed here is what has been published recently; surely it contains matters worthy of being used to bring merit to the many.
With respect and blessing.
