In response to your letter that you began writing on the eve of Sukkot, in which you write about establishing courses for teachers (and I fear that since you do not mention anything about the study days that were supposed to take place during the month of Tishrei, once again they did not materialize). It is understood that establishing courses for teachers from Anash is extremely important; however, it requires consideration whether in the current situation it is necessary to have a special course just for them by Anash, or perhaps it is possible to find among the existing courses one suitable for them. Especially when speaking with the course administration about the unique requirements of Anash and explaining that these matters concern a group of a certain number, they will surely agree to arrange special lectures if needed, changes in their curriculum, etc. In addition to significantly lower expenses, there is another main benefit: when learning together with others, studies will surely be absorbed more easily, and there will be no need to combine in one class those who are not so suitable just because their number is small, etc., etc.

Another important point is that if they show interest in existing courses, it will surely be possible to begin studies sooner than if a special course were established. By the way, regarding what you write about the number of study hours in this matter—it seems questionable: where will so much free time be found since each one is busy? Certainly it is unnecessary to emphasize again that all of the above does not at all diminish the utmost necessity for Anash teachers to receive as much training as possible and as soon as possible; the only discussion is about how best and most quickly to accomplish this...
