This summary is drawn from the Rebbe's letters to him (about 5714–5720, 1954–1960), which show him involved in Chabad education, including teacher training; I did not find a published biography.
Training teachers. The Rebbe stressed both the urgency and the importance of proper training for Chabad teachers (IK 3862), that teachers' gatherings should focus on improving education (IK 3403), and that unity among educators must be strengthened while allowing flexibility for local conditions (IK 4999). An educator's outward appearance reflects his inner values (IK 2834).
Involvement in Jewish life. Chassidim should take an active part in every Jewish matter where they live (IK 4267), and dedication to education should keep growing, both in scope and in spirit (IK 6858).
