... ב) מענינא דיומא הוא עריכת כינוס של מורים בראשיתם של מנהלי בתי ספר והתדברות ביניהם לזמן הלימוד החדש ולשנת הלימוד החדשה, הכנות להרישום וכו', ובודאי יש לנצל כינוס זה גם התייעצות אודות שיפורים האפשרים באופני החינוך, תכנית הלימודים וכו' וכו', ובאופן בלתי רשמי הנה לדעתי כבר באה העת לחפש דרכים איך להתקשר גם עם הורי התלמידים-ות ולהשפיע גם עליהם, כי נוסף שמוכרח שהרוח בבית לא יהי' מנגד להשפעת בית הספר, ואדרבה, הנה הענין מצד עצמו חשוב הוא למאד, אף שאינו מתפקידו של בית ספר באופן ישר.
ג) מ"ש אודות שילמדו מצעירי אגו"ח לימודי קדש בבי"ס חילוני לגמרי, מובן מעצמו שאין לעשות זה בכותלי בית ספר זה, כי הרי הוא מעין נתינת הכשר על הבית הספר, ובמילא יש מקום לחשוש שעי"ז הנה כמה מההורים הנמנעים לע"ע ישלחו לשם את ילדיהם, אף שבאיזה מקומות נעשה בכגון דא, וגם בנויארק, ה"ז עושים זה בהדגשה ולא בכותלי בית הספר ולא בהתכנית שלו, כ"א ע"י היזמה של התלמידים (או שמעוררים בהם יזמה זו), והתערבות ההנהלה הוא רק שאין מונעים אותה או גם מסייעים באופנים בלתי רשמים, ליזמה פרטית של תלמידים פרטים, ובודאי יש למצוא בית הכנסת או מקום אחר שתלמידים הנ"ל יוכלו ללמוד שם לימודי קדש. מובן מעצמו שברשותו לפרסם חוו"ד זו לכל אלו המעונינים, ובפרט לצעירי אגו"ח...

... b) Regarding the matter of the day: organizing a gathering of teachers at the initiative of school principals and their discussions for the new learning period and school year, preparations for registration, etc. Certainly, this gathering should also be used for consultation about possible improvements in educational methods, curriculum planning, etc., etc. And unofficially, in my opinion, the time has already come to seek ways to connect with the parents of the students as well and influence them too. Besides the necessity that the atmosphere at home should not oppose the school's influence—and on the contrary—this matter is very important in itself, even though it is not directly within the school's responsibilities.
c) Regarding what you wrote about young members of Agudas Chassidei Chabad teaching Torah subjects in a completely secular school: it is self-evident that this should not be done within that school's walls, as it would be akin to giving legitimacy to the school. Consequently, there is concern that some parents who currently refrain may send their children there. Even though this has been done in some places—including New York—it is done with emphasis and not within the school's premises or its program but rather through student initiative (or by encouraging such initiative), and management's involvement is only by not preventing or sometimes unofficially assisting these private student initiatives. Certainly, a synagogue or another place should be found where these students can learn Torah subjects.
It is self-evident that you are permitted to publicize this opinion to all interested parties, especially to the young members of Agudas Chassidei Chabad...
