In response to your letter—without a date—where you write about the suggestion to continue your work in your current position for the coming year as well, and that they will also increase the salary for both the past and future. This is indeed appropriate, especially since it seems they do not interfere in spiritual matters, and you can do as much as possible to instill a spirit of fear of Heaven and guidance in recognizing practical mitzvos among the students—both boys and girls—and through them, at least over time, in their parents' homes as well.

Based on the above, it is also understood that the suggestion to work at a summer camp is likewise appropriate. May it be G‑d's will that your efforts succeed in raising students according to the purpose of man's creation, as stated in the Mishnah: "I was created to serve my Creator."

Regarding what you wrote that at Nshei gatherings they discuss the weekly Torah portion—even though this is good—it is nevertheless necessary to also teach laws and Jewish customs, especially those relevant to daily life on weekdays, Shabbos, and festivals. This learning too can be explained in a way that does not feel dry to the listeners by introducing stories related to these laws and customs.
