זעלבסט פארשטענדליך אז איך וויל ניט באטאנען בהנוגע צו אייך בפרט, אבער דאס איז נוגע בכללות אין די ענינים פון כפר און במילא איז דאס נוגע יעדער פרט פון דעם כלל. און דעריבער קומט בא מיר ניט אויס אז איר זאלט ליקווידירען דאס וואס איר האט באקומען פון דער סוכנות וכו' ובפרט נאך דעם אז עס זיינען דורכגעגאנגען די שווערע יארען און זיי זיינען שוין פון הינטערזיך...

And it is surprising that the truth is not seen, despite the fact that I have already written several times to the people of the village as a whole, that according to the saying of the tzt"z: Alef-Beis—Achdus Brocha (Unity brings blessing), and the greater the unity—not only in spiritual matters but also in material matters—the greater will be the blessing from Hashem Yisborach not only in material matters but also in spiritual matters.
And the very fact that unity comes with difficulty is further proof that this is what is at stake. Of course, I do not mean to emphasize this regarding you personally, but this concerns everyone regarding village matters as a whole and therefore it concerns every individual who is part of this collective.
Therefore, it does not seem appropriate to me that you should liquidate what you received from the agency, especially after having gone through difficult years which are now behind you...
