In response to your letter from the 2nd of Noach, you have surely received my letter with the booklet on time... I also saw a particular Divine providence that specifically in these days I happened to come across a copy of a maamar from Admor tzt"z, and since you wrote to me about the matter of 'Do not cast us away' (see Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim siman 281; in Shulchan Aruch Admor HaZaken at the end of siman 167), regarding old age, I also looked into the explanation there in that maamar on this topic. Since you prompted this, I am copying these lines for you; this is the content of the matter.

In Ohr HaMeir Yitro in the name of the Baal Shem Tov: Is it only in our old age that we need His help? The tzt"z answers (in Dibur HaMaschil 'VeHashem Holech') that it is based on our sages in Bava Kama end of chapter eight: 'When I was young...' etc., and Devarim Rabbah Shoftim section seven: 'For Israel is a youth and I love him.' In youth there is more nullification than in a wise person.
