עס איז ניט מיין דרך צו אנדייטען ציפערען און בפרט ניט געפינענדיג זיך אויפן ארט, אבער עס איז באוואוסט דער מאמר רז"ל כל המוסיף מוסיפין לו, במילא וואס אלץ מער איר וועט מוסיף זיין, סיי מיט אייער געלט און סיי מיט אייער טרחה בגופו טאן אליין אין דעם און אויך פאראינטערעסירען אנדערע, וועט השי"ת זיכער מוסיף זיין בהצלחה אין דעם וואס איר באדארפט.

Regarding what you wrote about the various difficulties that have arisen in your business, according to the teaching of our master the Baal Shem Tov that every detail and even the smallest particulars concerning a Jew are by Divine Providence, and that Hashem has granted you merit and success so that together with what was mentioned above there has appeared the new building for the yeshiva, which holds great hope of becoming a center of awe of Heaven for the entire city and perhaps even for the whole state, you should see a connection between these two matters and accept this as a sign from Heaven that you should throw yourself into this—both financially and primarily with your personal involvement—to help organize the building of the yeshiva and then to engage with it to the greatest extent possible. This will repair the channels of your private businesses and expand them so that they too will be extremely successful.
It is not my way to indicate specific amounts, especially not being present on site, but it is well known what our Sages said: "Kol HaMoseef Mosifin Lo" (Whoever increases [in giving], they increase for him). Therefore, the more you add—whether with your money or your personal effort by acting yourself in this matter and also involving others—Hashem will surely increase success in what you need.
Surely you had a joyful Purim, and I hope you will also be able to report good and happy news regarding all of the above…
