אגודת וצעירי חב"ד. בבקשה למסור לכפרנו למוסדותינו ולבתי כנסיותנו שבאה"ק לנצל יום ההילולא והשבת שלאחריו לחזוק והרחבת השיעורים ברבים הפצת תורת הדא"ח והדרכותי' בחוגים היותר שונים, ולהתעוררות שהנשמה בגוף ירידה עצומה היא, אבל דוקא על ידה אפשרית העלי' הנפלאה, ולא עזב הרועה את צאן מרעיתו.

Please convey to our village, our institutions, and our synagogues in the Holy Land to utilize the day of the yahrzeit and the following Shabbat for strengthening and expanding public shiurim, spreading the teachings of Chassidus and its guidance in the most diverse circles,
and to awaken that the soul's descent into a body is an immense descent, but specifically through it, a wondrous ascent is possible. The shepherd has not abandoned his flock.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that special days should be used to expand Torah learning and spread Chassidus widely. Even great spiritual descents enable even greater ascents, and we are never abandoned by our spiritual leaders.
