מוסג"פ הקונטרס שהו"ל, וכבר כתבתי שבחדש זה שהקלקול בא ע"י אקמצא ובר קמצא שנאת חנם הנה התיקון לזה הוא לאחוז בקצה השני (ע"פ מ"ש הרמב"ם בהלכות דיעות פ"ב) היינו באהבת ישראל אהבת חנם (חנם ע"פ שכל האנושי כי ע"פ תורה צריך לאהוב את כל אחד מישראל ע"פ המבואר בתניא פל"ב ובספר המצות להצ"צ מצות אהבת ישראל וכו') ואזי יחננו השי"ת ויוציאנו מהגלות אשר חנם נמכרתם ובמילא ולא בכסף תגאלו.

I was saddened to learn that once again you are suffering from your leg and that the doctor is treating you. Certainly, if you follow the doctor's instructions, you should not let this weigh on your heart. As is known from the saying of the tzt"z in explanation of our Sages' words: "The Torah gave permission to the doctor to heal," meaning this is permission and power to heal but not to make things heavy upon the heart.
I await good news from you and thank you in advance. Enclosed is the booklet that was published. I have already written that in this month, when the destruction came through Kamtza and Bar Kamtza—baseless hatred—the remedy is to take hold of the opposite extreme (as explained by Rambam in Hilchos Deos ch. 2), namely Ahavas Yisrael—love for a fellow Jew without cause (without cause according to human intellect; for according to Torah one must love every Jew as explained in Tanya ch. 32 and in Sefer HaMitzvos by the tzt"z regarding the mitzvah of Ahavas Yisrael, etc.). Then may Hashem show us favor and bring us out of exile, as it says: "You were sold for nothing," and therefore "not with money shall you be redeemed."
