וועגען אייער פראגע ווי צו לערנען חומש און די אנדערע לימודים, דאס דארפמען צופאסען לויט די חבירות וואס עס איז בעסער פאר זיי און וואס געפעלט זיי מער, אויך איז נויטיג צו לערנען דינים וועלכע פאסירען אין טאג טעגליכען לעבען, און איר באדארפט זיך צונויפריידין מיט די זקני אנ"ש פון אייער שטאט וועלכע וועלען אייך אנגעבען די ספרים פון וועלכע מען קען לערנען די נויטיקע דינים, האפענטליך האט איר די שמועסן פון עטליכע יאר וועלכע זיינען ארויסגעגעבן געווארען דורכן מרכז לעניני חינוך אין וועלכע עס איז פראן א רייכער מאטעריאל פאר אלע וואכען פון יאר.

I was pleased to receive your letter from the 3rd of Menachem in which you write about your plans for further activities. Surely it is unnecessary to point out that more members should be brought into the organization, as Nshei Chabad are not only those born into a Chabad family or who found themselves in a Chabad environment, but also those "for the sake of the future" (in the name of what is to come), for with an appropriate approach they too will draw closer to the idea (concept) of Chabad. Surely you know the saying from my father-in-law, my revered teacher and master, in the name of our master the Alter Rebbe—may his memory be a blessing for life in the World to Come—that Chassidus Chabad is not only for a portion of Jews but is for all of Klal Yisrael. The words of our righteous leader will certainly be fulfilled; it just takes time, and hastening this depends on the energy invested in this work—then one reaches this goal all the sooner.
Regarding your question about how to study Chumash and other subjects: this should be adapted according to the members—what suits them better and what they enjoy more. It is also necessary to study practical laws relevant to daily life. You should consult with the elder Anash in your city who can tell you which books are suitable for learning these necessary laws. Hopefully you have access to talks from several years ago published by Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch, which contain rich material for all weeks of the year.
