ד) נהניתי מההצעה שיקבצו החומר המפוזר בהשיחות אודות עניני חנוך והדרכה והלואי שהי' נגשים לזה במרץ ומתאים, ומובן שצ"ל נעתק להשפה המדוברת באה"ק ת"ו (אף שיש לשמור על הקירוב להארגינאל עד כמה שאפשר), ואולי תהי' מציאות שיו"ל עוד קודם זמן התחלת לימודים הבע"ל ובאופן שגם בתי ספר אחרים יוכלו ליהנות מהם וכמה תועליות בדבר כמובן, אקוה אשר לא יהיו הוצאות יתר על המדה, ובפרט שהרי יוכלו להשתמש בזה בבתי ספר שלנו במרוקה וכו' וכו'.
ה) מפני כמה טעמים ראוי שיצוין ג"כ המקור ממנה נלקח הקטע, אם בשולי הגליון או בסוף החוברת.
ו) בענין התרגום של השמועסן יש לדבר עם הרב מוה"ר שלום שי' חסקינד כיון שגם הוא עומד בקשר בענין זה עם המל"ח.
ז) האמור לעיל בענין הלקוט מהשיחות הנה עד"ז הוא ג"כ בנוגע לליקוט השאלות ומענות של התלמידים ותלמידות דבתי ספרנו אף שעדיין לא נחלט אצלי אם להדפיס בחוברת בפ"ע או לפתוח מדור מיוחד בהשמועסן היו"ל ע"י המל"ח...

... Regarding what you wrote about matters not included in the evaluation of teachers: the dress code for female teachers is very important, as is obvious—not only in the upper grades but even in the lower ones—and special attention must be paid to this. Especially in light of the story that in one town during the time of the tzt"z a shochet was removed from his position because he wore galoshes. Clearly, there is no prohibition against wearing galoshes; rather, it is an external sign of what is happening inside—this should be understood.
d) I was pleased with the suggestion to collect the scattered material from talks regarding education and guidance. If only this would be approached energetically and appropriately! It goes without saying that it should be translated into the spoken language of Eretz Yisrael (though one should maintain as much closeness to the original as possible). Perhaps it will be possible to publish it even before the start of the upcoming school year so that other schools can benefit from it as well—there are many obvious advantages to this. I hope that expenses will not exceed reasonable limits, especially since our schools in Morocco and elsewhere could also use it.
e) For several reasons, it is appropriate to note also the source from which each excerpt was taken—either in the margin or at the end of the booklet.
f) Regarding translation of these talks, you should speak with Rabbi Shalom Chaskind since he is also involved with this matter together with Melach.
g) What was said above about collecting material from talks applies similarly to collecting questions and answers from our students—even though I have not yet decided whether to print them in a separate booklet or open a special section in the talks published by Melach...
