במענה על מכתבו מר"ח סיון עם המוסגר בו... במ"ש כמה אופנים איך להשתמש בסכום שנשאר מאחיהם הי"ד, הנה א) צריך הי' לתת מסכום זה לירה לכ"א מהיורשים - ומובן זה ע"פ המבואר בכמה ספרים רוחניות הענין דירושה - וכמובן מספיק בזה איזה סכום שיהי' לירה וכיו"ב ועיקר הסכום הרי צריך לדעתי להקדיש, לענין או למוסד הנמצא בכפר חב"ד, ומה טוב בקשר עם הקייטנא בשנה זו או יסוד מוסד המשך לימוד תלמידי בתי ספר הרשת.
מהנכון ג"כ שבאופן חד-פעמי יקנו מסכום הנ"ל סידורים בשביל כל הכתה או גם בית הספר שהיתה בהנהלת שמחה הי"ד. ויהי רצון שיחליטו בכי טוב בכל האמור, ומכאן ולהבא אך בשו"ט ומשמחות יודיעו הן בעניניהם הפרטים והן בעניניהם הכללים.

In response to your letter from Rosh Chodesh Sivan with its enclosure... Regarding your question about several ways to use the sum left by your brother of blessed memory: a) It was necessary to give from this sum one lira to each of the heirs—and this is understood according to what is explained in several books about the spiritual aspect of inheritance—and it is clear that any amount such as a lira or similar suffices. The main sum, in my opinion, should be dedicated to a matter or institution located in Kfar Chabad, and it would be best if it is connected with this year's summer camp or establishing an institution for continued studies for students of the Reshet schools.
It is also appropriate that as a one-time act, from this sum they should purchase siddurim for the entire class or even for the school that was under Simchah's management of blessed memory.
May it be G‑d's will that you decide well in all the above matters, and from now on may you only report good news and joyful occasions both regarding your personal matters and communal ones.

P.S. Thank you very much for the booklet you enclosed with your letter; it would be good if it is possible that before the start of studies another booklet will be published.
