Shalom u'Vrachah!

Contemplate what is written: Hashem Li Lo Ira ("Hashem is with me, I will not fear"), Hashem Ro'i Lo Echsar ("Hashem is my shepherd, I shall not lack")—which, according to the simple meaning, means there is no place for fear or similar feelings, and it is nothing but confusion from the yetzer.

To hasten release from these fears—as advised by a friendly doctor—study Shaar HaBitachon in Chovos HaLevavos (it is also available in English), be as occupied as possible (with a job, mitzvah campaigns, etc.).

Be meticulous about the kashrus of food. I will mention you at the Tziyun.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that fear stems from the yetzer and can be overcome through trust in Hashem, Torah study, positive activity, and attention to kashrus. He encourages practical steps and spiritual focus for inner peace.
