ובפרט שאנו עומדים ימים אחדים לפני חג הפסח, הנקרא "זמן חירותינו" – חג גאולה וחירות גם מכל סוג של דאגות, והרי דבר זה מוכרח כדי שכל יהודי, אשה או איש, ללא הפרש בגיל, יוכל לחיות את חיי היום יום לפי הוראות הקב"ה (כמפורש בשולחן ערוך), אשר זה עצמו מגדיל את ברכות השי"ת בכל המצטרך.

In response to your letter from the 23rd of March, 1973, may Hashem fulfill all your requests for good.
Especially as we stand just days before the festival of Pesach, called the Time of Our Freedom—a festival of redemption and freedom from every kind of worry. This is necessary so that every Jew, woman or man, regardless of age, can live daily life according to the instructions of the Holy One (as clearly stated in Shulchan Aruch), and this itself increases Hashem's blessings in everything needed.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that Pesach is a time for true freedom—not only from physical bondage but also from all worries—so that we can fully live according to G‑d's will and receive His abundant blessings.
