Memo: To show to the administration and members of the kollel sheyichyu – here – and to ask them:
a) Is there something here similar to the above or even better – since it was established here several years earlier?
b) If yes – why was I not informed in writing?
c) If not – is there anyone who is dealing with it seriously?
d) If yes – what has been done to correct it (I do not mean an excuse that someone else needs to do it)?
e) If not – perhaps the time has already come (more than three years of chazakah) to end the kollel – even according to their opinion (for if among those whose souls desire Torah there is nothing like the above – then the kollel only serves as a justification for wasting and idling time – which is contrary to what is written: Adam le'amal yulad ["Man was born to toil"]).
