As long as the plan is not implemented, the immigrants disperse and are lost, each going their own way. This affects not only their general needs but also their personal arrangements.

It is true that there have been successes locally in terms of organization, livelihood, etc., on an individual basis without waiting for formal organization; however, there is no doubt that the temporary lack of organization—until proper organization is achieved—will be resolved and even improved if efforts are directed toward uniting the immigrants and then working together in an organized manner both materially and spiritually.

To be honest, I am unsure whether this approach is suitable for immigrants who have already been in the country for several weeks; mainly my intention above is that perhaps it will help those arriving now or in the near future.

Of course, you may show this letter or share its contents with those whom you think can do something in this direction.

I hope that my suggestion to you to publish your article about prostate surgery will be fulfilled. Surely among your doctor acquaintances there are those who could translate it into Hebrew if it is not worthwhile to publish it in Eretz Yisrael in Russian.
