בנועם קבלתי פ"ש מכת"ר על ידי הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצ"צ וכו' מוה"ר משה יצחק שי' העכט בשובו מביקורו במחנם הט'. כן נתקבל הפ"נ, שייקרא על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל בעת רצון. ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב.
בתור חבר הרבנות הראשית, כת"ר בודאי מכיר בגודל הזכות והאחריות שהעמיסה עליו ההשגחה העליונה לחזק ולהפיץ התורה והמצוות ככל אשר יד השפעתו מגעת, והובטחנו הבא לטהר - וידוע דיוק רבנו הזקן בעל התניא והשו"ע בזה, שכולל גם לטהר אחרים - מסייעין אותו. ויהי רצון שיעשה כן בשמחה ובטוב לבב, כמו שמודגש בתורת החסידות, ובאופן דמעלין בקדש.
ולקראת השנה החדשה הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, ברכתי שלוחה לכת"ר ולכל אשר לו, ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחנית גם יחד.

It was pleasant for me to receive regards from Your Honor through Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"m, involved in tzt"z etc., Mohar Moshe Yitzchak Sheyichyeh Hecht upon his return from his visit to your holy camp.
The pidyon nefesh was also received, which will be read at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel, at an auspicious time. May it be G‑d's will that you hear good news.
As a member of the Chief Rabbinate, Your Honor surely recognizes the great merit and responsibility that Divine providence has placed upon you—to strengthen and spread Torah and mitzvos as much as your influence reaches. We have been assured: "One who comes to purify..."—and it is well known how our Master the Elder, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch, precisely explained this includes purifying others as well—"they assist him."
May it be G‑d's will that you do so with joy and gladness of heart, as is emphasized in Chassidus, and in a manner of increasing in holiness.
As we approach the new year coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, my blessing is sent to Your Honor and all yours: may you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually together.
