Regarding your comment about the wording of Sefer Yetzirah in the Tikkun for Shavuot night (which is only the beginning and end of the sefer): In the complete printed edition of Sefer Yetzirah, the wording is: Three good qualities of the eye—bashfulness, a good eye, and a faithful eye; three negative qualities of speech—evil speech, slander, and one who speaks with duplicity; three good qualities of speech—silence, guarding one's tongue, and truthful speech. If not for my hesitation, I would institute saying it this way in the Tikkun for Shavuot night.

L'Sh: Shavuot night. This is a general and particular directive sent to several people on various dates from 28 Tishrei until 15 Marcheshvan. It was printed in Likkutei Sichos vol. 2 p. 658.
