We acknowledge receipt of your letter from Sunday, Erev Rosh Chodesh Adar I, in which you reported on your activities over the period since your previous letter, as well as those of your friends, particularly in spreading the wellsprings (of Chassidus) and generally in spreading Judaism. You should not be satisfied with the achievements up to now; rather, you should increase them further and further, as explained in my letter to Tzeirei Agudas Chabad on Rosh Chodesh Shevat 5718 (printed in the Chabad journal).
There is nothing that stands in the way of willpower—especially when one’s efforts are as they should be, meaning with diligence—then certainly the saying "and you will find" is fulfilled. As it is precisely explained that it does not say "understanding" or "comprehension," but rather "and you will find," like a discovery that is beyond what was expected. This is clear.
