To the residents of Chabad Housing in Jerusalem the Holy City may it be rebuilt and established speedily in our days through Mashiach Tzidkeinu Bnei Brak, may Hashem be upon them and grant them life.

With pleasure I received the telegram about the residents entering the Chabad housing and that they are beginning to pray, learn, and farbreng together in that place on Shabbat Nitzavim.

May it be G‑d's will that this entry be at an auspicious and successful time and that the housing will be a dwelling place for Him, and therefore blessing will be present and joy abundant in the homes of all the residents and their families, both materially and spiritually together.

Since this entry is during these special days and the dedication of the home with Torah and Chassidus is on the Shabbat before Rosh Hashanah—when Parshat Nitzavim is always read (see Likkutei Torah by Admor HaZaken at the beginning of Parshat Nitzavim)—and as is known from Zohar III 231a about the hint in "hayom" (today), may it be G‑d's will from Heaven that it be fulfilled in them: "Atem nitzavim hayom kulchem lifnei Hashem Elokeichem" (You are all standing today before Hashem your G‑d), with all its interpretations and hints whose essence is unity, inwardness, and true heartful desire in actual deed as preparation for the new year coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing to continue throughout all days of the year.

With honor and with blessings for a good inscription and sealing for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually together.
