מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מח"י לחדש הגאולה, בו כותב ר"פ מההתועדות דימי חג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, ומסיים גם בבשורה טובה בהנוגע...
ויהי רצון שימשיך בבשו"ט בענינים הכללים והפרטים גם יחד, ומהם בנקודה התיכונה, שכאו"א מתעסק בהפצת המעינות חוצה, אשר הפצת המעינות בכלל ובפרט בימי בין המצרים, ענין ושעת הכושר לעורר אשר מפני חטאינו גלינו מארצנו וכו', והתקון לזה ע"י התשובה על הנ"ל והמשכת כל הענינים משרשם ומקורם, שבלימוד התורה ה"ז המשכת התורה ואור התורה - מהמאור שבה שבדורנו נתגלתה בתורת החסידות.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 18th of the Month of Redemption, in which you write a bit about the farbrengen during the days of the Festival of Redemption, the 12th and 13th of Tammuz, and you also conclude with good news regarding... May it be G‑d's will that you continue to share good news in both general and personal matters together, especially in the central point—that each individual is involved in spreading the wellsprings outward. The spreading of the wellsprings in general and particularly during Bein HaMetzarim is an opportune time to arouse awareness that "because of our sins we were exiled from our land," etc., and that rectification comes through teshuvah on this matter and by drawing down all matters from their root and source. In Torah study, this means drawing down Torah and its light—from its essence—which in our generation has been revealed through the teachings of Chassidus.
With blessings for continued good news in all mentioned above, in the name of the Rebbe shlita.

The Rebbe teaches that spreading Chassidus during Bein HaMetzarim is especially powerful for personal and communal growth. Through Torah study and teshuvah, we draw spiritual light into our lives, bringing rectification and blessing.
