Shalom u'Vrachah!
At this point I wish to once again express my thanks to you for your personal involvement in the matters of Kfar Chabad—both its material concerns and the spiritual matters within the material, as well as the purely spiritual matters themselves.
Although I hope that even in the current situation there is reason for satisfaction from the village and its affairs, matters of goodness and holiness—which are truly one and the same—are infinite, since their source is the true Ein Sof (the Infinite One), the Creator, may He be blessed. Therefore, no matter how good things are, there is always an unlimited area for further increase; and to that extent there is also an increase in nachas (pleasure). May it be G‑d's will that this should be so in great and ongoing measure.
And from the village which is in our holy land to our holy land as a whole—may it be G‑d's will that you receive ever-increasing nachas by increasing form over matter. For no matter how sanctified matter becomes—and as explained by our master the Alter Rebbe in Tanya (chapter 49): "U'vanu vacharta mikol am v'lashon hu haguf hachomri hanidmeh b'chomriyuto l'gufei umos ha'olam" (And You have chosen us from all peoples and tongues—this refers to the physical body which in its physicality resembles the bodies of other nations)—certainly when G‑d chooses something it sanctifies it, refines it, elevates it; yet even so its sanctity does not compare to that of the soul or form. And so it is with matter and form in every aspect.
Certainly, for true and inner nachas and pleasure, may Hashem grant you health and peace of mind—for whoever gives does so generously.
With honor, esteem, and blessings for good news.
Regarding your question about studying Tanya: perhaps my answer comes late, but in my opinion for several reasons it is proper to continue also with the other sections of Tanya—Iggeres HaTeshuvah and Iggeres HaKodesh.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that both material progress and spiritual growth are limitless when rooted in holiness. He encourages ongoing involvement in communal life as well as comprehensive study of Tanya's various sections for continuous elevation.
