In response to your letter from the 21st of Iyar with the attached pan, as well as the telegram received. At an auspicious time, the pan will be read at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, zatzal. May it be G‑d's will that you receive good news in this matter, as well as regarding your increased activities in holiness—may they multiply many times over (see Sanhedrin 21a) [for nothing stands in the way of will] in the world (Mechaneh HaTashuv 9), soul (for those privileged to study at Tomchei Temimim Yeshivah), and year (in these auspicious days—the two-hundredth anniversary of the passing of our teacher the Baal Shem Tov z"l and Shavuos, his two-hundredth yahrzeit which falls on that very day, Wednesday—the day when the luminaries were taken and hung—as explained by our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya—decisor in Torah's hidden dimension—and Shulchan Aruch—decisor in Torah's revealed dimension).

May it be G‑d's will that you inspire all those around you to serve in this direction—even to the point of "ufaratzta" (spreading forth), for even about such things it is said: nothing stands in the way of will.

Blessings for receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness and for good news in all the above.
