... מהנכון הי' להתוודע ע"ד האפשרית להדפיס בכל שבוע מאמר בעניני השבוע, באחד ממכ"ע הנדפסים בפריסקא, ונקראים ע"י אחב"י. מובן שבאם אין בזה ענין נתינת הכשר להאסור ע"פ שו"ע, ז.א. באם אין העתון של כפירה או שנדפס בשבת, אבל בטח יש לסדר בשלילת חששות האלו, וחשיבות הדבר בודאי שאין צריך ביאור נוסף.

... It would be appropriate to look into the possibility of printing each week an article on that week's topics in one of the newspapers published in Pariska, which are read by our Jewish brethren. Of course, this is only if there is no issue of giving approval to something forbidden by Shulchan Aruch; that is, if the newspaper is not heretical or printed on Shabbat. Certainly, these concerns must be ruled out, but the importance of this matter surely needs no further explanation.
Enclosed as well is a copy of my letter to the dean of Tomchei Temimim, obviously just to use the idea for your own sacred work.
