איך בין געווען צופרידן צו באקומען א גרוס דורך הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצ"צ בעל מרץ וכו' מוה"ר ארי' ליב שי' קריימער, אז איר האט געלאזט שרייבן א נייע ספר-תורה און האט זי אריינגעגעבען אין דער ישיבה "תומכי-תמימים" ליובאוויטש אין מאנטרעאל.
ס'איז איבעריק צו אונטערשטרייכען די וויכטיקייט און הייליקייט פון דער מצוה פון שרייבן א ספר-תורה, בפרט פון אריינגעבען זי אין אן ארט וואו מ'ווייס ווי אפצושאצן די הייליקייט פון א ספר-תורה, וואס איז די הייליקסטע זאך וואס אידן האבן.
דאס איז דאך דער אינהאלט פון דער ישיבה תומכי-תמימים - אויפצושטעלן תלמידים וועלכע וועלן וויסן ווי אפצושאצן די קדושה פון דער תורה און פון דעם נותן התורה און פון דעם עם קדוש, און פאראיינצייגען אין זיך די אהבת השם, אהבת התורה ואהבת ישראל אין טאג-טעגלעכן לעבן.
דער זכות פון דער הייליגער מצוה זאל אייך ביישטיין, אז מצוה גוררת מצוה, איין מצוה זאל ברענגען צו א צווייטער אין א שטייגנדער מאס, און דאס זאל אייך און אלע אייערע שיחיו ברענגען דעם אויבערשטנ'ס ברכות אין א שטייגנדער מאס, ווי דאס ווערט אנגעדייטעט אין די חנוכה ליכט, וועלכע מען צינדט אן אין אן אופן פון מוסיף והולך, אריינצוברענגען אלץ מער און מער ליכטיקייט פון תורה און מצוות אין דער אידישער היים און אין דער סביבה ארום.

I was pleased to receive greetings through Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"m one involved with tzt"z full of energy etc. Moreinu HaRav Aryeh Leib Kreimer, that you arranged for a new Sefer Torah to be written and donated it to the Tomchei Temimim Yeshivah in Montreal.
It is unnecessary to emphasize the importance and holiness of the mitzvah of writing a Sefer Torah, especially donating it to a place where the holiness of a Sefer Torah is truly appreciated—the holiest item Jews possess.
This is indeed the essence of the Tomchei Temimim Yeshivah: to raise students who know how to value the holiness of Torah, its Giver, and the holy nation; and who express within themselves love of Hashem, love of Torah, and love of Israel in their daily lives.
The merit of this holy mitzvah should stand by you—that one mitzvah brings another in ever-increasing measure—and may this bring you and all yours ever-increasing blessings from the Alm-ghty, as indicated by the Chanukah lights which are kindled in an increasing manner: bringing more and more light from Torah and mitzvos into your Jewish home and surrounding environment.
