לכינוס הנוער: תוכן הנצחון די"ט כסלו שתורתנו תורת חיים יום יומיים ולכל חלקי' כל אחד ואחת שייך ומחוייב בהם מאהבת הבורא אותנו, יהי רצון שילהיב את הנוער עתידנו ובפרט שבארץ הקדושה לכוון חייהם לאור התורה והמצוה והמאור שבהם ולהפיצם בכל סביבתם בחום חסידותי ואז מאושרים יהיו בחיים מלאים תוכן ושלימות ושלום.
לכינוס צה"ל: נוסף על הנ"ל, יהי רצון שתנצלו עניניכם דקבלת עול שיתוף פעולה והכרת היחיד שהנהגתו משפיע ולפעמים גם מכריע גורל הרבים לבנין ארץ ישראל סבא ולהגנה עליו כי יהי' מחניכם קדוש וה' אלקיכם יתהלך בקרבכם.

Here is transcribed the text of the telegram which our honored Rebbe shlita graciously sent to the youth gathering and to the IDF gathering that took place on the past Yud-Tes Kislev.
To the youth gathering: The essence of the victory of Yud-Tes Kislev is that our Torah is a Torah of life—day in and day out—and every part of it belongs to and obligates each and every one of us because of the Creator's love for us. May it be His will that He ignite our youth—our future—and especially those in the Holy Land, to direct their lives according to the light of Torah and mitzvah and its inner illumination, and to spread them throughout their surroundings with chassidic warmth. Then they will be happy with lives full of meaning, fulfillment, and peace.
To the IDF gathering: In addition to what was said above, may it be His will that you utilize your matters—acceptance of discipline, cooperation, and recognition that an individual's conduct influences and sometimes even determines the fate of many—for building Eretz Yisrael Saba (the Land of our Forefathers) and its defense. "For your camp shall be holy and Hashem your G‑d walks among you."

Summary
