במענה על מכתבו מכ"ט סיון, כבר ידוע פירוש איזה מהמפרשים על הכתוב, ונהי בעינינו כחגבים, - ורק עי"ז - וכן היינו בעיניהם, ז.א. שכאשר בני ישראל החרדים לדבר ה' ודבקים ע"י תורתו ומצותיו באלקים חיים, מכירים כחם ויכולתם, עי"ז עצמו מתבטלים כמה העלמות והסתרים, וניתוספת הצלחה בעבודה בהחזקת היהדות האמיתית והפצתה.
ונעם לי לקרות במכתבו אשר ניכר מסגנון המדברים אתם אמיתת הנ"ל, ובטח זה יוסיף כח ואומץ בעבודה החיונית לקרב בני ישראל לה', בכל מקום שהם, להתקשרות בפועל ובמעשה בתורתנו תורת אמת ובמצותי' עליהם נאמר וחי בהם הן היחיד והן הצבור.
במ"ש אודות סדר לימוד החסידות, מובן אף שכאו"א מחויב בזה, לא הכל שוים באיכות הלימוד וכמות הלימוד, וכיון שאדם קרוב לעצמו ונוגע בדבר, עליו להתייעץ עם אנ"ש בסביבתו המכירים אותו, וכידוע פתגם אדהאמ"צ שבהתייעצות עם ידיד, הרי אז שתי נפה"א על נה"ט אחת.
גם במכתבו זה אינו מזכיר בהנוגע לעניני שידוך והרי הזמן עובר, והמצוה היא מצוה עיקרית ונוגעת לכל עניני האדם שבהם גם עניני התורה ומצותי'. ואף שכבר כ"פ כתבתי אודות זה, לגודל הדבר הנני כותב עוה"פ ועוה"פ והלואי שאתבשר טוב בקרוב ממש ובהנוגע לפועל ממש אשר בשעה טובה ומוצלחת נעשה חתן, קבעו זמן החתונה ואחרי זה גם בשו"ט מחתונתו בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, וגם להתחלת ענין זה מסוגלים ימים אלו של חג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז שהי' נצחון בגלוי למעלה מעלה מדרך הטבע - של כל עניני תורה ומצות.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור ובשאר הענינים אודותם כותב במכתבו.

In response to your letter from the 29th of Sivan: It is already known from one of the commentators on the verse, "VaNihi BeEineinu KaChagavim" ("And we were in our own eyes as grasshoppers")—and only because of this—"and so we were in their eyes." That is, when the Jewish people who are careful with the word of G‑d and cling to Him through His Torah and mitzvos recognize their strength and abilities, this itself nullifies many concealments and obstacles, and increases success in the work of strengthening true Judaism and spreading it.
I was pleased to read in your letter that from the style of those you speak with, it is clear that they recognize this truth. Certainly this will add strength and courage in the vital work of bringing Jews closer to G‑d wherever they are, connecting them practically through action with our Torah—the Torah of truth—and its mitzvos about which it is said "VeChai Bahem" ("and you shall live by them"), both for individuals and for the community.
Regarding what you wrote about a schedule for learning Chassidus: It is understood that although everyone is obligated in this, not all are equal in quality or quantity of study. And since a person is close to himself and has a personal interest, he should consult with Anash (our people) in his environment who know him. As is known from the saying of Admor HaEmtza'i: When consulting with a friend, then two nefesh haElokis (G‑dly souls) are on one nefesh haBehamis (animal soul).
Also, in this letter you do not mention matters regarding shidduch (marriage), yet time passes and this mitzvah is a primary one affecting all aspects of a person's life—including Torah matters and mitzvos. Even though I have already written about this several times due to its importance, I am writing again and again. May I soon hear good news regarding actual progress—that at an auspicious time you become a chassan (groom), set a wedding date, then also receive good news from your wedding at an auspicious time. The beginning of this matter is especially fitting during these days of the Festival of Redemption—12th and 13th Tammuz—which was an open victory above nature for all matters of Torah and mitzvos.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned matters and in other issues you wrote about in your letter.
