I was pleased to receive your two letters from the 18th and 20th of Iyar, and it gave me pleasure to read that the reunion of former Kishinev Yeshivah students was successful. Certainly, this success will further increase your efforts to realize the goal of the gathering—namely, developing the Yeshivas Achei Temimim in Rishon LeZion as much as possible. In addition to the value of the gathering itself—as you write, it awakened memories of earlier days spent within the four cubits of Torah—which will surely lead these memories to increased action, for 'the reward for a mitzvah is a mitzvah'—the development of education in purity and holiness, Torah and fear of Heaven, both revealed Torah and Chassidus. And since G‑d's measure is measure for measure but many times over, certainly all those who strive and are involved in this will be blessed with all they need in general and with true nachas—Chassidic nachas—from all their offspring in particular.

It is understood that this matter, like many others—the gathering and its success—are similar to plowing and sowing; just as a seed that is planted needs nurturing so that it becomes a fruitful and beautiful tree—and nurturing at the right time specifically—you will surely strive to utilize this opportune moment and awakening among the participants at the gathering to bring all decisions into action and even add to them. This is especially true regarding those who, for whatever reason, did not participate in the gathering; may it be G‑d's will that you succeed here too. It must be emphasized that time is a loss that cannot be recovered—especially when it comes to matters of education during childhood and youth when every hour is much more significant than the same amount of time during adulthood or old age...

I await good news regarding all the above.

It would be worthwhile to utilize this talent more often since our era demands mobilizing all strengths and talents for strengthening Judaism and spreading it.
