Shalom u'Vrachah!
As an addition to the general satisfaction of gathering together and discussing matters of strengthening Judaism in general—and especially in education based on pure holiness and the matter of mikvah and the purity of Israel—I want to once again express my great confidence that Hashem Yisbarach will grant success in this above-mentioned work in your camp. I am also certain that you on your part, and Anash there on their part, will not only do what they have taken upon themselves until now, but each one and all together will further add to this many times over according to the instructions of our holy Torah: "Ma'alin b'kodesh" (we ascend in holiness), and "Talmidei chachamim ein lahem menuchah... yelchu me'chayil el chayil" (Torah scholars have no rest... they go from strength to strength). It is well known what the Previous Rebbe, Nasi Yisrael, said: when a Jew here below takes upon himself a sum regarding matters of tzedakah—which at the time seems more than his ability—simultaneously above new sources and channels are opened to provide the Jew with the ability to fulfill his promise fully. And as we have seen tangibly how this is realized in cases we know about—and surely it will be so also in your case—especially since these two aforementioned matters are pillars upon which all of Beis Yisrael rests.
It is known from the Mishnah that one mitzvah brings another mitzvah; that one mitzvah not only does not hinder another but on the contrary helps the other. Therefore I hope you will also take upon yourself to maintain the three daily study sessions which the Previous Rebbe publicized as being equal for every soul and a segulah for many things: a) Each person after prayer says that day's Tehillim portion—as Tehillim is divided by days of the month; b) Each day learn a section of Chumash with Rashi's commentary from that week's parsha—Sunday from beginning of parsha until Sheini, Monday from Sheini until Shlishi, etc.; c) Each day learn a Tanya portion—as Tanya is divided by days of the year. At an auspicious time I will read your pan note at the holy resting place of the Previous Rebbe, and may Hashem Yisbarach help you be able to report good news regarding the content of this pan as well as all that was mentioned above.
Summary
The Rebbe highlights how dedication to Jewish education and mikvah observance uplifts entire communities. He encourages daily Torah study practices for spiritual growth and assures that sincere efforts bring Divine assistance beyond one's perceived limits.
