במענה על מכתבו מא' דחדש הרחמים, נעם לי לקרות בו שנתוספו אברכים בשעת לימוד דא"ח, אף שכמובן גם עם ההוספה אינו מספיק כלל, וכפשוט ג"כ מדיוק הלשון הפצת המעינות חוצה, וכיון שתובעים זה בודאי ניתנה האפשריות למלאות הדרישה.
ומובן שדברי אלה מופנים לא רק אליו אלא לכל אנ"ש אשר במחנו הט' כמו שהם מופנים לכל אנ"ש אשר בכל מקום...

In response to your letter from the first of the month of mercy, I was pleased to read that additional Avrechim have joined during the study of Chassidus. Of course, even with this increase it is still not nearly enough, as is also clear from the precise wording: "spreading the wellsprings outward." And since this is demanded of us, surely the ability has been given to fulfill this requirement.
It is understood that these words are directed not only to you but to all Anash in our camp—the ninth—as they are directed to all Anash everywhere...

Summary
