באשר נמצא במחנם השד"ר של ישיבות "תומכי-תמימים" ליובאוויטש, הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצרכי ציבור בעל מרץ וכו' מוה"ר מרדכי דוב שי' טעלעשעווסקי, בטח יושיטו לו יד עזר וסיוע למלא שליחותו על הצד היותר טוב, ובפרט בשים לב למצב הדחוק של מוסדות התורה דליובאוויטש, אשר עזר כספי הגון דרוש בהקדם.
ובימים אלו של חודש מנחם אב, אשר תחלתו עניני חורבן, אבל תיכף לזה עניני נחמה ובנין, מנחם ציון ובונה ירושלים, הנה עיקר הנחמה היא תורתנו הק', וכמאמר רז"ל אין לנו שיור אלא התורה הזאת, ובתי כנסיות ובתי מדרשות הם מקדשי מעט דזמן הזה. שלכן כל סיוע להיכלי התורה שלומדים שם תורת ה' תמימה ביראת שמים, הרי זה נחמה ובנין ומקרב הגאולה האמתית והשלמה, שאז יהפכו ימים אלו לימי ששון ושמחה, במהרה בימינו.
ובמדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה וכמה פעמים ככה, יתברכו כל העושים ומעשים בהצלחה מרובה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

Since among you is now present the shadar (emissary) of the Tomchei Temimim Yeshivos of Lubavitch, Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n one who is involved in communal needs with energy etc. Moreinu HaRav Mordechai Dov Teleshovsky, you will surely extend to him a helping hand and assistance to fulfill his mission in the best possible way—especially considering the difficult situation of the Lubavitch Torah institutions, which are in urgent need of proper financial support.
And in these days of the month of Menachem Av—which begins with matters of destruction but immediately turns to matters of comfort and rebuilding: "Menachem Tzion u'Boneh Yerushalayim" (He comforts Zion and builds Jerusalem)—the main comfort is our holy Torah. As our Sages say: "We have no remaining possession except for this Torah," and synagogues and study halls are considered miniature sanctuaries in our time.
Therefore, any assistance to these halls of Torah where G‑d's complete Torah is studied with awe of Heaven is itself comfort and rebuilding, bringing closer the true and complete redemption—when these days will be transformed into days of joy and gladness, speedily in our days.
And since the measure of the Holy One, blessed be He, is measure for measure and many times over, all those who act and assist will be blessed with abundant success both materially and spiritually.
