I was pleased to receive greetings from you through the Avrechim traveling to Eretz HaKodesh, Mr. Dalefen and Mr. Zand. I also received your letter from the 25th of Tammuz. May it be G‑d's will that you always share good news in a visible and revealed way, especially according to our Sages' saying: 'There is no good except Torah.' Please report good things regarding Torah study in general and the study of Chassidus in particular. Until when will you remain silent? As explained at length in Shaar HaHakdamot by Harav Chaim Vital, a lack of learning the inner dimension of Torah delays the redemption (incidentally, the Gra also writes this in his commentary on Mishlei). By spreading this study both within your own circle and outward in a simple sense—this brings about 'Kati Mar' (the Master will come). May it be G‑d's will that you begin this immediately and see that your surroundings do so as well, and may Hashem grant you success.
Enclosed is a booklet that has just been published, and surely you will also merit the public with it. The merit of the many depends on him.
