Shalom u'Vrachah! Blessings to all participants and attendees of the joyous chassidic farbrengen to walk in the ways of the one whose celebration it is, the founder of the village, and to make the village and its institutions a center of love for Hashem, Torah and its mitzvos, and Israel—imbued with the light and vitality of chassidus through spreading its wellsprings with tranquility and expansiveness, with revealed and open good, immediately to the true and complete redemption through our righteous Moshiach. The telegram was sent to participants of the Yud-Beis Tammuz celebration in Kfar Chabad and printed in Likkutei Sichos vol. 23 p. 393.
