ובודאי למותר לעוררו על אחד מיסודי אמונתנו, ומבואר בתורת החסידות שכל ענין ומאורע הוא בהשגחה פרטית, ובכל ענין וענין יש לעבוד את בורא העולם, ומובן ופשוט שגם הסתדרות זו שלהם בכלל האמור, היינו שצריך להביט על עצמו מתאים להאמת, שההשגחה הביאתו למושב זקנים זה בכדי שיוסיף שם בנר מצוה תורה אור ומאור שבתורה זוהי הדרכות והנהגות (וגם מתורת) החסידות, ובהתבוננות המתאימה בודאי ימצא דרכי נועם ודרכי שלום להביא כל זה בפועל.
וכבר ידוע שמדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה, אלא שכ"פ ככה, שעל ידי שירבה בבריאות הרוחניות של שכניו במקומו החדש, ירבה השי"ת בבריאותם הם, הן ברוחניות והן בגשמיות, ושיוכל להוסיף בעבודתו האמורה מזמן לזמן.

In response to your letter from the 22nd of Kislev, in which you write that you have settled together with your wife in a senior citizens' home in... Certainly it is unnecessary to remind you of one of the foundations of our faith, as explained in the teachings of Chassidus: every matter and event occurs through Divine Providence. In every situation, one must serve the Creator of the world. It is clear and obvious that this new arrangement is included in the above—that one should view oneself truthfully, recognizing that Divine Providence has brought him to this senior home so that he may increase there in "ner mitzvah v'Torah or" (the candle of mitzvah and the light of Torah), and especially in spreading the teachings and ways (and also from the teachings) of Chassidus. With proper contemplation, you will surely find pleasant and peaceful ways to bring all this into practice.
It is already known that the measure with which the Holy One, blessed be He, conducts Himself is measure for measure; at least so it is: by increasing the spiritual health of your neighbors in your new place, may Hashem increase their health—both spiritually and materially—and may you be able to continue increasing your aforementioned service from time to time.
With blessing for good news in all the above.
