In response to your letter from Erev Shabbat, may your mind be at ease as mine was gladdened by the good news that fruits are already visible in the outreach among the immigrant children—both in moving them away from negativity and in the positive aspect of teaching them Torah and its guidance appropriate to their age.

Since you write that broad reward is apparent in their camp, it would be worthwhile for you all to consult together and prepare a program at least for the coming weeks, as it is written: "Salvation comes with many counselors," and also discuss the possibility of establishing a religious school there within the network's framework. Although it seems that since it is already mid-year there are several difficulties in this regard, perhaps it is possible to arrange some kind of evening classes or similar activities. I await good news.

Certainly the guests from Eretz HaKodesh who visited here conveyed my regards as I requested, and I await good news of joyful occasions from them as well, as I discussed with the guests. It is understood that this depends on the institutions and Anash of Eretz HaKodesh, since it is obvious that my request was to write me without embellishment or omission.
