Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 9th of Iyar, which was received after some delay, in which you write about your worries and scattered mind that consequently affect your studies in Nigleh and Chassidus as well as your prayer.
In such matters, the well-known advice is "Acquire for yourself a friend." In addition to certainly speaking from time to time with the elders of Anash about everything, you should have a true friend—meaning someone before whom you can reveal the troubles of your heart. It is already known from our Sages: "Anxiety in a man's heart? Let him speak of it," and regarding this, the Mitteler Rebbe said that in such a way, two G‑dly souls fight against one animal soul. The benefit of this is already seen tangibly.
Regarding what you wrote about putting on tefillin and what you saw in the responsa of tzt"z etc., it is clear that your question—whether there is an obligation to recite another blessing when putting them on your other arm after prayer—has no basis, because when there is doubt regarding blessings, we are lenient. The only possible question would be the opposite: whether one should recite a blessing even the first time since there is doubt in the matter. Certainly when you recite the blessing, you also have in mind the donning on your second arm later. As for how exactly you should put them on etc., since your letter does not clarify all details, present your case specifically to rabbis who are qualified halachic authorities with fear of Heaven, and they will guide you.
And last but not least: regarding your notification about your engagement to B.G., may it be G‑d's will that it be for good fortune at an auspicious and successful time, and for an everlasting edifice founded upon Torah and mitzvah as illuminated by the light within Torah—that is, the teachings of Chassidus.
Blessings for receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness.
P.S. You wrote that the wedding date was set for Adar 5716; I am surprised at such a long interval until the wedding. Surely both sides will agree to advance it at an auspicious and successful time.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that sharing one's struggles with a trusted friend and seeking guidance from G‑d-fearing authorities helps overcome distraction and spiritual challenges. He also stresses timely action regarding important life events while blessing for joyful Torah observance.
