... הנני מעורר גם אותו ע"ד המבואר בתניא ובחסידות בכלל הענין דמוח שליט על הלב, ומוסיף רבנו הזקן שגם מצד הטבע והתולדה כן הוא, שמזה מובן שאצל כל אחד זו היא הנהגה טבעית, ובלבד שלא יגרה את היצר הרע, ובהביא בחשבון ע"ד הזכות של עבודה במוסדות חינוך הכשר הנקרא ע"ש כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, הנה יש להשתדל שכל שזכה בזה ימשיך בעבודה זו (כמובן מבלי שיזיק להתלמידים-ות), אף שלפעמים צריך להבליג על רגשות הלב ומוכרחים להתאפק אפילו מהוכחה שע"פ תורה לפי שעה...

... I would also like to bring to his attention what is explained in Tanya and Chassidus in general regarding the concept that the mind rules over the heart. The Alter Rebbe adds that this is also true by nature and birth, which means that for everyone this is a natural conduct—provided one does not provoke the yetzer hara. Taking into account the merit of working in kosher educational institutions named after my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, one should strive that whoever has merited this should continue in this work (of course, without harming the students), even though at times one must overcome personal feelings and restrain oneself—even from giving a rebuke that would be justified by Torah for the moment...
