... מצטער הנני ביותר על העדר שימת לב... בהנוגע לחנוך הבנות ובדרך ממילא גם לאגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד, כי בדורנו זה ובימינו אלה אין זה ענין של הידור ועבודה בשביל אחרים אלא שאלה חיונית בהנוגע להבנות והנשים ובמילא גם לאנשים... ומצער על שהי' צריכים לשהות שש שנים באה"ק ת"ו, עד שרואים כבר תוצאות אי שימת לב להנ"ל, והלואי ש"יצאו" בהתוצאות דעד עתה ותומ"י יעבדו במרץ הכי גדול ובדרכי נועם שהם דרכי תורתנו תורת חיים לשפר המצב ולתקנו ככל האפשרי. והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טובות בהקדם.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I am extremely pained by the lack of attention regarding the education of girls and, consequently, also to the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad organization. In our generation and in these days, this is not a matter of extra stringency or work for others but a vital question concerning the girls and women—and therefore also the men.
It is distressing that it took six years in Eretz HaKodesh until one already sees the results of this lack of attention mentioned above. May it be that only the results up until now will "come out," and immediately there will be work with the greatest energy and in pleasant ways—the ways of our Torah, a Torah of life—to improve and correct the situation as much as possible.
May Hashem grant you success to share good news soon.
