I acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you describe the manner of travels during the past Tishrei, as well as the mimeographed excerpt from the Shabbos Bereishis talk. It is surprising that you are so brief in your letters; may it be G‑d's will that at least this brevity is only in writing here and does not affect action at all.
Certainly, as you wrote, you are preparing to publish the bulletin for Yud Shevat approaching. If you print there the last general letter published in connection with the bright day of redemption, Yud Tes Kislev, you should add at the end of the note after the word 'neshamah' these words: 'Otzar HaNeshamot whose name is body is below both aforementioned places, and therefore it also exists among non-Jewish souls (see Tosafos D.H. Ein Avodah Zarah 5a; see also Likkutei Torah to Arizal Yeshayahu 59; Etz Chaim Shaar 26 ch.2; Emek HaMelech Shaar 6 ch.2; Sefer HaKitzurim and notes to Tanya p.83 and onward) and this is not the place to elaborate...'
