לפלא אשר בסתירה למנהגם מאז, הנה לא הגיעוני מהם ידיעות מסידור הלימוד לשנה חדשה זו, רשימות שמות התלמידים וכו' וכו' אשר מובן מעצמו שכ"ז מעניין ונוגע מכמה טעמים, ומובן ג"כ אשר אף שאין מקבלים מענה מכאן, הרי עכ"פ עושים כאן בהנוגע להבפועל כפי האפשרי אף שאין מודיעים אותם עד"ז, משא"כ כשאין מהם ידיעות כמובן, וזהו נוסף על נחיצות הקישור בכלל מלבד התועלת הגשמי אשר בזה.
ובודאי ימלאו את כל הנ"ל בהזדמנות הכי קרובה ובפרטיות המתאימה, ות"ח מראש.
ב) בקשר עם יום היארצייט וההילולא יו"ד שבט הבע"ל, בודאי יתייעצו ביניהם וגם שאר אנ"ש המתאימים לזה, באיזה אופן לסדר הנ"ל במוסדם הק' שיהי' מתאים להשגת התלמידים בכל כתה כפי ענינה, ונחיצות הדבר הן בכתות הגדולות והן בכתות הנמוכות מהם, אינה צריכה ביאור, וע"פ רצון בעל ההילולא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע לקשר כל ענין עם בכן שבפועל ממש, הרי בתכניתם יקחו גם את זה בחשבון, ולעורר את התלמידים וגם את חברי ההנהלה לא רק באותיות מקיפות, אלא גם בפרטים מסוימים, ואף שהפרטים בכגון דא אינם ממצים את כל הכלל, נוסף שבזה הוא ג"כ ענין של כלל שלמעלה מפרטים, וכמבואר הענין בדא"ח בכ"מ, הרי עכ"פ אלו שאפשר לפורטם אין לוותר עליהם, ויש לקוות שגם זה יועיל, במשך הזמן, להמשיך גם שאר הפרטים שבכלל, ואפילו מה שישנו בכלל שלמעלה מפרטים, כיון שתתחיל ההמשכה בהפועל תומ"י.
ג) מוסג"פ איזה סקריפ להוצאות הקשורות בסידור כל הנ"ל.

It is surprising that, contrary to their longstanding custom, I have not received any information from them regarding the arrangement of studies for this new year, lists of students’ names, etc., all of which is obviously interesting and relevant for several reasons. It is also understood that even if they do not receive a response from here, we are still acting here regarding practical matters as much as possible, even if they are not informed about it—unlike when no information is received from them at all. This is in addition to the general necessity of maintaining a connection, aside from the material benefit involved.
Certainly they will fulfill all the above at the earliest opportunity and with appropriate detail; thank you in advance.
b) In connection with the upcoming yahrzeit and hilulah on Yud Shevat, may it come upon us for good, they should certainly consult among themselves and with other appropriate Anash about how best to arrange these matters in their holy institution so that it suits the abilities of students in each class according to its level. The necessity of this applies both to higher and lower grades and needs no explanation. According to the will of the Baal HaHilulah, my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden zichrono tzaddik livrachah zechuso yagen aleinu (may his memory be a blessing), every matter should be connected with actual practical implementation; therefore, this must also be considered in their planning—to inspire both students and members of administration not only in general terms but also through specific details. Even though such details do not exhaust the entire principle—and there is also an aspect here that transcends particulars as explained in many places in Chassidus—nevertheless, those details that can be specified should not be neglected. Hopefully this will help over time to draw down even more aspects included within the general principle—even those above particulars—since once practical implementation begins immediately.
