אין ענטפער אויף אייער בריף, מיט דער פראגע, עס זיינען [פראן] פרויען וועלכע ווילען זיך באטייליגען אין די אסיפות פון נשי ובנות חב"ד און עס איז דא א האפנונג, אז דורך דעם זאל זיי צוקומען פילע ענינים אין יראת שמים, און פון דער אנדער זייט, זיינען פראן פון די שטענדיגע חבירות וועלכע פארטראגען זיך ניט גוט מיט די אויבען דערמאנטע, איז וואס זאל זיין די לייזונג פון דעם פראבלעם.
צו יעדער חבירה פון נשי ובנות חב"ד און בפרט די אקטיווע מיטגלידער און די גרינדערין ספעציעל, דארף ערקלערט ווערען, די גרעסטע וויכטיקייט פון מקרב זיין א אידען - מאן אדער פרוי - צו אידישקייט, און אויף וויפיל די נשיאי חב"ד האבען זיך אויף דעם מוסר נפש געווען, ביז צו מסירת נפש בפועל, און נאך מער, זיי האבען אוועקגעגעבען פון זייער צייט, וועלכע זיי האבען געקענט אויסניצען אויף שטייגען העכער און העכער, אום צובריינגען א אידען, וועלכער האט לכאורה ניט געהאט קיין שייכות, צו א מצוה קלה אפילו און בפרט צו א מצוה חמורה.
און דאס וואס די נשיאים האבען דאס אונז דערציילט, איז דאך זיכער, ניט צוליב א שיינער סטארי, נאר אום אז יעדערער זאל זיך אפלערנען פון דעם, ווי עס פאדערט זיך צו האנדלען בא אזוינע אנגעלעגענהייטען, חאטש פארשטענדליך, אז ס'איז אין קיין פארגלייך די אפפערוויליגקייטען פון די נשיאים צו אנדערע, און דאך איז דאס אזוי געטאן געווארען.
איך וויל האפען, אז נאך ערקלערען דאס אויבען געזאגטע, וועלען זיכער די חבירות פון נשי ובנות חב"ד, פארבויגען זייער ברוגז, אום אז א אידישע נשמה זאל נעהנטער ווערען צו הקב"ה תורתו ומצותיו, און ניט נאר דארפען זיי איינשטימען אויף דעם, נאר דארפען אנערקענען דאנקבארקייט צו הקב"ה, פאר געבען זיי אזא מעגליכע געלעגענהייט, פארבויגען אויף א טענה וכו' צוליב קדושת שמו ית'.

In response to your letter with the question: There are women who wish to participate in the gatherings of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, and there is hope that through this they will gain much in fear of Heaven. On the other hand, there are women from the regular members who do not get along well with those mentioned above. What is the solution to this problem?
To every member of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, especially the active members and particularly the founders, it must be explained—the utmost importance of bringing a Jew—man or woman—closer to Judaism. The leaders of Chabad have devoted themselves to this, even to actual self-sacrifice. Moreover, they gave up their time—which they could have used for ever greater spiritual growth—in order to bring a Jew who seemingly had no connection even to a minor mitzvah, let alone a major one.
And the fact that the leaders told us these stories was certainly not just for a nice story, but so that everyone would learn from them how one must act in such matters. Of course, it is understood that there is no comparison between the self-sacrifice of the leaders and others; nevertheless, this is what was done.
I hope that after explaining what was said above, surely the members of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad will set aside their anger so that a Jewish soul may become closer to Hashem, His Torah and His mitzvos. Not only should they agree to this—they should recognize and thank Hashem for giving them such an opportunity, rather than objecting due to any claim or reason because of His holy Name.
Blessings for good news in all the above and from the expansion of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad's work, and for a kosher and joyous Pesach holiday.

The Rebbe teaches that unity and welcoming newcomers are essential values. Personal grievances must be set aside so every Jew can be drawn closer to Torah and mitzvos—this is both our privilege and responsibility as members of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad.
